The Opportunity

Interested in helping Adobe scale to meet the needs of thousands of our most valuable customers? We are looking for a Manager, Buying Programs Product Management who enjoys solving problems, collaborates easily, and embodies all of Adobe's core values (Genuine, Exceptional, Innovative, Involved).

Lead a team of product managers in the Buying Programs Product Management organization to complete critical Adobe initiatives. Collaborate with product, engineering, go-to-market, and enterprise sales teams, as well as support all functions in Finance and Operations.

This role requires someone who can lead a team through strategic problem solving and detailed execution. The ideal candidate should possess business acumen, intrinsic motivation, and a track record of successfully leading projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
  • Craft the vision and strategy for technologies used in the enterprise quoting and contracting space. Establish a 1-3-year roadmap to empower businesses across Adobe for measurable success.

  • Collaborate with teams across business, product, architecture, and engineering to drive innovation and scale in Finance and Operations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve business capabilities, focusing on scaling the Adobe Deal Experience for enterprise customers and improving business velocity.

  • Elevate the Team: Cultivate a high-performing, inclusive culture, encouraging your team to push boundaries and deliver outstanding results.

Needed to succeed:
  • 3 - 5+ years of full-time relevant product management work and 0 - 3+ years of management experience.

  • Ability to translate strategic business needs into innovative and detailed product requirements.

  • Strong skills in analysis, organization, and problem-solving to influence decision making for complicated projects with collaborators up to Director+ level.

  • Demonstrates understanding of our business and product strategy, customers' needs, how enterprise sales teams work, and can efficiently adapt with an evolving business.

  • Can focus on details and maintain a big picture view. Can tackle problems and plan for the future.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $122,500 -- $250,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
