Description IDEAL is seeking current Lipscomb undergraduate or graduate students who would like to be a job coach for an IDEAL student. This may include driving them to internships, supporting them on job sites, and/or prepping them for internships on and off-campus. Previous experience with individuals with disabilities is required. Previous IDEAL peer mentor preferred. Must have a car, valid driver's license, and car insurance. May be Federal Work Study eligible.
