LaForce is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual for an Account Manager position in our Vernon Hills, IL or Willowbrook, IL location. This role is essential for helping us expand our customer base while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers in the Chicagoland area. If you are a hardworking problem solver with a passion for sales and teamwork, we want to hear from you! Salary range: $75,000 - $100,000 per year based on experience. Key Responsibilities: Qualifications for this role typically require a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing although candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. 2-5 years of military experience is strongly considered as a substitute for relevant sales experience. Candidates must also possess strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset and excellent communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team sales environment and a genuine interest in helping clients find the best solutions for their needs is essential. What We Offer:
