Chief Executive Officer for a top-performing bank

We are a top performing community bank in Northwest Missouri, with a solid commitment to exceptional service and dynamic community support throughout all three locations. We are hiring a chief executive officer to lead a dedicated team in their support of our local communities through traditional banking. The CEO will be instrumental in the supervision of the bank's strategic plan, asset liability management and credit oversight, as well as, ensuring the bank's growth and strong community ties. The CEO works closely with the management team to drive the execution of the bank's strategic goals and board directives.

Responsibilities

• lead the bank's strategic planning, ensuring alignment with our growth objectives and community values
• oversee ALM and credit functions, maintaining the bank's financial stability and compliance
• collaborate closely with the management team to execute the bank's vision and board directives
• champion initiatives that drive both financial success and community development
• work with customers, providing financial advice and service for new and existing customers

Requirements

• bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field; MBA, or Graduate School of Banking, preferred
• several years of experience in the banking industry, with proven success in leadership roles, preferred
• strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• a track record of developing and executing successful strategic business plans, preferred
• a deep commitment to community involvement and a passion for positive impact
