We are an innovative managed cloud service provider seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to join our growing team at a leading managed cloud service and solution provider in Raleigh, NC. This role offers a hybrid work schedule, blending remote flexibility with in-office collaboration. As part of our Agile and DevOps-driven environment, you will work alongside talented developers and architects to enhance and optimize our enterprise applications. You will play a critical role in managing, configuring, and improving our ServiceNow instance, which includes ITSM, SecOps, Risk & Compliance, ITOM, Strategic Portfolio Management, and Software Asset Management Pro. Your ability to analyze business challenges, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions will drive digital transformation across the organization. Key Responsibilities

USD 90,100.00 - 150,100.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $90,100.00 - $150,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
