In this position, you will take inbound calls, place outbound calls, document a customer's financial situation and assist with account resolution. We are very customer service focused, and don't use any harsh tactics or approaches. We are here to help the customer! We offer: 3 weeks of paid trainingMonday-Friday 8:30am-5pm Schedule after training schedule isflexible.
