The RoleCoordinate a comprehensive tennis-specific strength and conditioning program for USTA Player Development athletes. This position will work with other performance team members to test, train and track elite level tennis players.
Work closely with the Director, Strength and Conditioning, Athletic Trainers/Physical Therapists, Strength and Conditioning coaches, and Heads of Men's and Women's Tennis to develop and administer performance enhancement and injury prevention programs and educational materials for elite players and coaches.

The expected range for the annual base salary for this position $72,000 to $88,000. Any additional pay or benefits a person may qualify for, are not included in this range. The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, the years of relevant experience, their unique skills, and the location from which they will be performing the job.
