The Director of Development & Gifts is responsible for overseeing and advancing the major gifts program at Rogers Memorial Hospital Foundation, reporting directly to the Executive Vice President. The Director will manage a portfolio of 50-75 major gift prospects and donors, focusing on cultivating and securing outright and planned gifts at a significant level. This role involves close collaboration with the Executive Vice President, foundation staff, the leadership team, and the medical leadership of Rogers Behavioral Health System. The Director is ultimately responsible for developing and executing strategies to meet annual fundraising goals through effective donor relations, stewardship, and engagement. Onsite preferred.
