  • Elevate and evolve company's creative output while supporting the overall brand direction through strong concepts and a high taste level and closely collaborate with design teams throughout to develop an overall strategic vision and specific set of designs.
  • Utilize deep and detailed understanding of best practices across multiple mediums to translate business strategy into impactful, creative solutions by working cross-functionally with Creative peers, Marketing, Site Merchandising and Fashion Office colleagues.
  • Produce exceptional design and typography to elevate print and digital assets; operate in alignment with company's aesthetic; assist with overseeing and coordinating the conceptualization of new campaigns, pulling swipe and contributing to graphic direction to illustrate and sell ideas; move projects from concept through execution to hand off and create new templates to enhance company's branding and storytelling; oversee social media efforts and activities, digital look books, animation, branding and logo design, catalogs, outdoor, packaging, shopping bag design, and magazines; and conduct design research for photos and videos as well as presentation decks.
  • Photo concept, art direction and design for omni-channel seasonal collateral in collaboration with cross functional peers.
  • Lead the creative through the production process.
  • Develop and maintain brand style guides across digital, editorial and promotional assets by enforcing the use of templates and best practices.
  • Partner and collaborate with internal and external teams to understand business objectives and create compelling solution- based creative that drives the brand strategy.
  • Ability to understand and balance creative ideas with business needs.
  • Research trends and innovation in the competitive landscape and continue to drive and enhance the visual look, tone and feel of all of the work.


Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Designer or Senior Art Director-related occupation
