POSITION SUMMARY

The UTV Tour Guide is responsible for the operations of Stratton's UTV Tours. The UTV Tour Guide will provide safe and exciting tours for our guests. The UTV Tour Guide will also assist with routine machine and trail maintenance, booking tours, and checking guests in and out for their tours. This is an occasional position during the summer season. This role is compensated at $20.00/hour.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Positively interact with guests and team members
  • Successfully complete Stratton's in-house UTV operating and safety training
  • Lead tours, ensuring guest satisfaction, fun and safety
  • Follow opening & closing procedures, including equipment checks, organization and security
  • Complete minor repairs and basic maintenance to machines when needed
  • Perform trail maintenance as needed
  • Organize tours to ensure efficiency
  • Assist with guest check-in process, including verification of rider/passenger credentials and issuing rental equipment
  • Deliver safety briefing for guests and lead tours in a safe manner
  • Answer questions and troubleshoot guests' needs
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of workspace and equipment
  • Additional duties as assigned


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, required

Experience:
  • Previous ATV/UTV operating experience, required
  • Basic computer or point of sales system experience, preferred


QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be 18+ years of age
  • Valid US driver's license, required


PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

This position is required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
