This executive assistant will support the litigation and government affairs divisions. This individual will coordinate the daily administrative needs of executives, as well as the main administrative aspects of the department.
This position requires a wide variety of executive administrative functions at a high level of performance, accuracy, dependability, confidentiality and a thorough knowledge of the organization, operation of the company, and office routine. In this primarily office-based role, you will be expected to spend at least 80% of your time (4+ days per week) working from the National Headquarters in Madison, WI. #LI-Onsite Position Compensation Range: $25.00 - $40.86Pay Rate Type: HourlyCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates. Primary Accountabilities Additional Specialized Knowledge & Skills Organizational Skills: The individual should be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. This includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and keeping track of important documents.
