YOUR DAY TO DAY LIFE We are looking for a Corporate Office Intern-(Purdue Northwest University Students Only) in 401 N Michigan Ave, Suite 1400, Chicago, IL 60611 USA. Your mission will be to: Work Schedule: Onsite 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), 9 AM - 5 PM Compensation: $19.00/hourly Duration and Start Date: June 3, 2025- August 7, 2025 What We Offer Hands-on experience in a corporate office environment Opportunity to develop valuable professional skills Networking opportunities with industry professionals Mentorship and guidance from experienced team members A collaborative and supportive work culture Position Summary The College Intern will play a key role in supporting various departments within our corporate office. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting while building valuable skills for your future career. As an intern, you will work closely with department managers and team members to contribute to ongoing projects, assist with administrative tasks, and participate in daily operations. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day operations in the assigned department [specific department examples: Accounting, Finance, Sales and Commercial Operations, etc.] Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and documentation for meetings and projects Conduct research and analysis as needed for ongoing projects and initiatives Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve efficiency Help organize and attend team meetings, providing assistance with scheduling and coordination Provide general administrative support such as data entry, file management, and responding to inquiries Participate in professional development opportunities like training sessions and mentoring meetings Other duties as assigned YOUR PROFILE Qualifications Required Currently enrolled student at Purdue University Must be entering your Junior or Senior year Ability to work onsite at the corporate office in downtown Chicago three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) from 9 AM to 5 PM. Reliable transportation to the office location Qualifications Desired Assist with day-to-day operations in the assigned department [specific department examples: Accounting, Finance, Sales and Commercial Operations, etc.] Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and documentation for meetings and projects Conduct research and analysis as needed for ongoing projects and initiatives Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve efficiency Help organize and attend team meetings, providing assistance with scheduling and coordination Provide general administrative support such as data entry, file management, and responding to inquiries Participate in professional development opportunities like training sessions and mentoring meetings Other duties as assigned Communication The position involves frequent interaction with company management at all levels. Physical Demands and Work Environment The intern works in an environment with proper lighting and temperature controls. Occasional lifting of heavy boxes of paper, packages to be mailed, and equipment supplies weighing up to 30 pounds is necessary to perform related responsibilities.
