Job Summary - Manager, Training Leads the Health Systems training life cycle, including needs analysis, training/upgrade strategy and development and delivery of training programs for Health Systems professionals and system end users for all Epic components / modules. Oversees the development of curriculum and specific courseware to address skill gaps for Health Systems professionals and end-users, and oversees the selection and usage of various training delivery systems and certification / testing methods to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of programs. Manages the upgrade and optimization processes for Epic components/modules including planning, testing, training and curriculum development in partnership with other teams. Additionally, the Manager will be responsible for scheduling, assignments, quality and performance reviews.
