1st Shipping Clerk

We do have one current opening, we're adding an additional Shipping Clerk out in the warehouse with an emphasis on international shipping, on the administrative side again - working in the shipping office. It's a 1^st shift position and here are the highlights;

The position will be 75% warehouse office / 25% shop floor

Computer skills a must

Prefer basic to intermediate MS Excel knowledge

Will be responsible for:

• Updating daily inventory of all International Shipping orders (this will be the portion that is done on the shop floor. The person reviews all packages in the INTL shipping area and updates the share spreadsheet)
• Audit daily shipping documents for accuracy (according to work instructions)
• Assist in creating shipping paperwork
• Email communication to internal and external customers
• Assist the team in booking freight with freight forwarders

Solid communication skills, written and verbal a must.

This person will be communicating a lot with our external customer base and must be able to maintain a professional image.

Bilingual is a plus!
