THE JOB:

Asa VIP Lounge Representative at Mandalay Bay, you are an essential part of guest experience. Your approachable, and personable demeanor, coupled with your dedication to provide delightful check-in experiences for guests will set the stage for the memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us. By delivering top-notch guest experiences, you play a crucial role in elevating the overall guest experience.

THE STARTING RATE: $22

THE SCHEDULE: On Call

Hours of Operation:

Sun- Wed: 8:00 am- 9:00 pm
Thurs-Sat: 8:00 am - 11:00 pm

Mandalay Bay VIP Arrival Experience

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Facilitate smooth and seamless VIP check-in and check-out guest experiences

• Open the VIP lounge, ensuring Opera reports are generated daily, and VIP rooms are accurately assigned

• Answer guest inquiries, manage reservations, and confirm special requests or amenities are fulfilled

• Resolve guest bills with casino hosts for any additional food, beverages or show tickets

• Accurately process charges, credits, and payments while managing cash and credit transactions in accordance with property cash handling policies.

• Close the VIP lounge by confirming room assignments, sending amenities, delivering keys to the front desk, running arrival reports, forwarding phones, and securing the lounge.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Has a high school diploma, GED or equivalent

• Has a strong administrative background and is highly skilled at adapting to various software systems
