As a Sr. Mechanical Engineer II, you'll lead the design of cutting-edge hearing aids, ensuring they meet performance, quality, and cost requirements. With minimal supervision, you'll drive the creation of innovative standard and custom products, integrating new technologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You'll manage the entire design process, from concept to validation, working closely with suppliers to implement new processes. Must possess the communication ability, technical expertise, creativity, and internal drive to lead the creation of designs that are recognized as best- in-class in the hearing aid industry. Must be able to work well in a team environment and have a passion for continuous improvement.
