Description The Mortgage Relationship Manager II maximizes potential mortgage referrals by executing regional B2C, B2B, SEG and specific mortgage related event strategies in partnership with other departments. Here's what you can expect from the job and what you need to be successful: Job Duties Coordinate team event activities such as trade shows, home shows, sales rallies and realtor/builder events Report pre/post event including activity and cost analysis. Work closely with Regional Directors/Area Managers, Experience Center, Regional and Branch managers, Investment services, and Insurance teams and Membership to execute business development plans to grow product penetration Collaborate with internal partners to develop marketing/implementation strategies and product content to drive product adoption throughout business units Distribute and present sales materials to businesses and members as appropriate Participate in industry events on behalf of the Credit Union Stay abreast of changes in products/services, procedures, policies, and relocation industry best practices Essential Skills Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, customer service and/or event planning, preferably in the mortgage lending sector; experience creating and deploying nationwide business plans for key accounts Demonstrated effective time management skills and the ability to work independently or in a collaborative team environment Strong business communication skills; able to write/speak clearly and professionally for a variety of audiences Ability to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations tailored to diverse audiences Proven skills and commitment in meeting or exceeding client expectations and requirements Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Working knowledge of teleconferencing software Proficiency with PEGA, LinkedIn and other approved social media Certification/License: Valid Driver's License Location: Hillsboro, OR 97124 (HYBRID) Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR: $67k - $72k annually + annual bonus Benefits options include: Traditional medical, dental, and vision coverage 401K matching up to 5% per pay period Accrue up to 17 days of Paid Time Off your first year of employment 11 paid federal holidays Special employee pricing on lending products such as mortgage, auto, and personal loans (eligibility for special employee pricing is subject to standard account requirements and underwriting criteria) What makes First Tech different?
