We are looking for a talented Senior Manager, Support and Services Tools to join Procore's GTM Tech, Data & Process team. In this pivotal role, you will be directly responsible for developing and executing the Business Applications systems roadmap for our Global Professional Services, and Customer Support functions. You will lead a cross-functional team of Business Analysts, Developers, and Quality Engineers to drive the delivery and continuous improvement of our core platforms. Your technical scope spans Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud and Certinia PSA, as well as critical integrations with financial systems including Zuora, Concur, Coupa, and NetSuite. Your focus will be on strategic alignment, technical thought leadership, and ensuring the efficient, scalable use of these technologies to achieve exceptional business results. What You'll Do:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
