A well-established wholesale distributor serving convenience stores across the region is looking for a Foodservice Manager. They are known for delivering high-quality, in-demand products that keep customers coming back.

They're expanding their food service division and are looking for a passionate, driven Food Service Manager to take the lead. You'll be the engine behind their growth in this space: shaping their product lines, optimizing operations, and creating a food program that sets the standard for quality and efficiency in the convenience store industry.

What You'll Do



  • Build and Expand: Lead the growth of our food service program - identifying new product opportunities, emerging trends, and operational improvements that meet customer needs.
  • Own the Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with convenience store owners and managers, ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee distribution logistics, ensure on-time deliveries, and maintain strict quality and food safety standards.
  • Maximize Value: Manage manufacturer rebate programs with precision - tracking, submitting, and collecting rebates to support profitability goals.
  • Collaborate for Growth: Work closely with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to drive efficiency, innovation, and sales growth across accounts.
  • Analyze & Report: Track key metrics like sales growth, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction - and report on insights to guide strategic decisions.



What you bring:



  • You bring 10+ years of experience in broadline distribution, ideally within food service or convenience retail.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and have a knack for turning challenges into opportunities.
  • You're a hands-on leader who builds strong teams and strong relationships.
  • You have a keen eye for detail - from product freshness to delivery accuracy.
  • You're strategic yet scrappy - just as comfortable creating a growth plan as you are jumping in to solve a logistics hiccup.
  • You're tech-savvy, familiar with ERP and distribution systems, and fluent in Excel and reporting tools.
