Senior Program Manager - Lead Mid-Sized Aerospace Program Success

Are you a dynamic Program Manager ready to take charge of mid-sized aerospace programs and make your mark in a high-performance manufacturing environment? Hours & Pay:

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., onsite.

Salary Range: $90,000-120,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)

Employment Type: Direct-hire, full-time

Daily Tasks:

• Manage multiple concurrent aerospace programs, ensuring alignment with both customer objectives and company goals.
• Develop program plans, inclusive of risk assessments and contingency strategies to mitigate challenges.
• Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) by assigning responsibilities, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables are achieved.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication, updates, and responsive resolution of concerns.
• Collaborate with business development to prepare bids, proposals, and cost estimates that support program success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of program management experience required; aerospace/manufacturing background is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in financial metrics such as work-in-progress (WIP) and earned value management (EVM); proficiency in the MS Office suite.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to move between office and production facility environments and travel occasionally to customer sites; capability to read technical documents and monitor program performance.
