Hours & Pay:

Employment Type: Direct hire (no temporary phase)

Salary Range: $120,000-130,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

Schedule: Full-time, on-site, direct hire role

Daily Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale, strategically important aerospace programs with high visibility and significant investment.
• Develop and execute long-term program strategies to ensure growth, profitability, and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level customer interactions, managing relationships, and ensuring program success.
• Oversee contract negotiations, compliance with contractual terms, and ensure program deliverables meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets.
• Drive process improvement initiatives across the program management lifecycle to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA) and/or PMP certification strongly preferred and required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive program management experience, including leadership of high-value, complex programs-ideally in aerospace manufacturing.
• Deep technical knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes, financial metrics, risk management, and program control.
• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and demonstrated ability to guide and influence cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
