Inspector Location: Franklin, MA (onsite) Duration: 6+ month contract Rate: $30- $32 an hour W2 Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the inspection of precision machine components, mechanical parts, and e/m assemblies to ensure they meet stringent geometric tolerances, industry standards, and customer specifications. Key Responsibilities: Perform in-process, and final inspections on precision machine components to GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) requirements. Use precision measuring instruments such as verniers, calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and various go/no-go gauges. Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality inspection of machined parts and/or electronic assemblies. Proficient in the use of precision measuring tools. Strong understanding of GD&T (ASME Y14.5) principles. Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and schematics.
