Key Responsibilities:

  Unload incoming trucks and verify materials using a measuring tape; caliper experience is strongly preferred.

  
  
• 
  

  Put materials away in designated storage areas and maintain proper organization of shelves and inventory.

  
  
• 
  

  Pick materials for production orders in a timely and accurate manner.

  
  
• 
  

  Operate a planer and other basic shop equipment (training provided).

  
  
• 
  

  Assist the broader Poly Department with tasks once materials are fully organized and staged.

  
  
• 
  

  Support general housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.

  
  
• 
  

  Safely use material-handling equipment; crane and fork truck experience is a plus.

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Ability to read a measuring tape; caliper experience highly preferred.

  
  
• 
  

  Must be able to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift.

  
  
• 
  

  Previous experience in a labor-intensive or warehouse/manufacturing role preferred.

  
  
• 
  

  Crane and fork truck experience a plus (certifications beneficial).

  
  
• 
  

  Basic math or shop math knowledge

  
  
• 
  

  Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and reliability.

  
  
• 
  

  Willingness to assist wherever needed within the department.

  
  

Work Environment:

This is a hands-on, active role that requires standing, lifting, and moving materials for most of the shift. Candidates should be comfortable working in a production environment and collaborating with a team.
