Overview
We are willing to train for this position if you have the right attitude and aptitude. Compensation is based on experience. The range estimate is $45-55k yr based on hourly, OT and monthly incentives. Overview: The principal function of the Contract Manager ("CM") is to support Project Management through the contracting process while maintaining focus on minimizing liability to achieve an optimal balance between sales and risk. CM will learn how to effectively:
Responsibilities Builder contract review - Read, Analyze, Modify, and Negotiate contracts. Gather information on Installed project with contract & Communicate with Stores. Create Installed Sales Agreements Work with Installed Sales Coordinator - Training, Set Up Installers, Review & Sign Installer Contracts Keep accurate filing system for active and archived projects Provide support and answer general questions for individual installed sales programs Qualifications Spreadsheet Software Internet Software Database Software Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical reports, financial reports and legal documents; respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community; Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. | |
