ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Responsible for the overall management of banking related activities within the Commercial banking division of a defined geographic area, including profitability, sales and service, all lending activities, credit quality, community leadership, human resource management, and meeting financial and compliance standards.
  • Responsible for the recruiting, hiring and coaching of relationship managers.
  • Responsible for fostering relationships with clients and referral sources as well as supporting the community development and brand-building strategies within the market.
  • Establishes goals and strategies, and assesses performance against set goals to ensure soundness, profitability, and growth of the region.
  • Establishes service policies for all lines of business in his/her division to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assesses the performance and takes appropriate action to ensure that all goals and standards are met.

Qualifications, Education, and Certification Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years related banking/business lending experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CLASSES

Required annual compliance training, New Employee Orientation

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports. This position requires a large amount of time in front of a computer. This can be done sitting or standing with use of the right desk.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position is in a private office.

TRAVEL

Travel may be required to come to meetings as needed.

In accordance with Colorado law: Colorado pay for this position is anticipated to be between $198,552.00 - $317,168.00 , actual offers to be determined based on applicant's skills, experience and education.
