Description and Requirements

The DWS Regional Team Lead will oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Deskside Support teams across the United States and Canada. This role ensures seamless delivery of endpoint services, device lifecycle management, and alignment with global IT standards. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and a passion for driving process improvements and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Organize and manage daily activities of Deskside Support teams across North America.
  • Ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to corporate IT standards.

Device Lifecycle Management (DaaS)

  • Oversee Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) order management and fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with local SMO & CFS teams to ensure timely delivery of new hire and refresh devices.

Image Management & Customization

  • Partner with ITC, IT Security, and DWS Imaging teams to build and customize the global corporate image.
  • Maintain compliance and security standards across all endpoints.

Innovation & Emerging Technology Integration

  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to incorporate AIPC and onboard NPU tools into daily operations.
  • Drive adoption of new technologies that enhance productivity and user experience.

Process & Tool Optimization

  • Work closely with endpoint teams to improve processes and tools.
  • Ensure all corporate endpoint applications support business continuity and operational efficiency.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field or five years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CompTIA A+ certification
This position requires on-site support five days a week in our Morrisville, NC location.
