Daily Tasks & Responsibilities



  • Support review, renewal, routing, and administrative tracking of customer contracts, including NDAs, pricing, supply, and material transfer agreements
  • Maintain contract databases and ensure pricing terms are current, approved, and accurate
  • Coordinate contract renewals with sales and legal partners to maximize revenue retention
  • Enter and manage customer-specific pricing and terms within ERP systems
  • Monitor pricing accuracy and resolve discrepancies with cross-functional teams
  • Assist with pricing updates, communications, and data integrity audits
  • Provide contract management training materials and onboarding support for commercial team members
  • Support reporting, compliance tracking, and dashboard generation as needed



Qualifications & Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or sales enablement
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis
  • Experience using Salesforce; exposure to ERP or contract management systems preferred
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data integrity
