A global science and diagnostics organization is seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist to support commercial teams by connecting contracts, pricing, CRM, and ERP systems. Daily Tasks & Responsibilities Support review, renewal, routing, and administrative tracking of customer contracts, including NDAs, pricing, supply, and material transfer agreements Maintain contract databases and ensure pricing terms are current, approved, and accurate Coordinate contract renewals with sales and legal partners to maximize revenue retention Enter and manage customer-specific pricing and terms within ERP systems Monitor pricing accuracy and resolve discrepancies with cross-functional teams Assist with pricing updates, communications, and data integrity audits Provide contract management training materials and onboarding support for commercial team members Support reporting, compliance tracking, and dashboard generation as needed Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience 2-5 years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or sales enablement Strong working knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis Experience using Salesforce; exposure to ERP or contract management systems preferred Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data integrity Ready to Make an Impact?
