Directs, plans and coordinates the service activities and staffing performance of professional nursing and auxiliary nursing personnel in rendering quality patient care. May provide direct patient care. Education Bachelor's Degree Nursing or Science required Master's Degree Nursing preferred Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No Licenses and Credentials Registered Nurse [RN - Massachusetts] required Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support [ACLS Certification] preferred Basic Life Support [BLS] Certificate preferred CNOR certification preferred Experience Nursing experience 2-3 years required and Nursing leadership experience 1-2 years preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Must have excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong commitment to clinical excellence. Ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Knowledgeable of the care required by respective age groups for which care is being provided.
