The University of Arizona's University Information Technology Services (UITS) invites applications for a Salesforce Administrator who is energized by problem-solving, collaboration, and building high-quality solutions. This role supports the University's enterprise Salesforce CRM (Trellis) and works closely with fellow administrators, developers, engineers, architects, and product owners across multiple layers of the platform. We are seeking individuals who enjoy analyzing business needs and helping design technical solutions using Salesforce tools and features. The role provides opportunities to learn new capabilities-including emerging AI-enabled platform features-and contribute to an evolving CRM ecosystem that supports academic and administrative units across campus. | Duties & Responsibilities |
- Configure, develop, and maintain
Salesforce solutions and related systems to meet business needs. - Support existing Salesforce features
and troubleshoot issues as part of daily operations. - Collaborate with developers,
engineers, and other technical partners across multiple layers of the technology stack. - Participate in Agile ceremonies and
contribute to iterative planning, refinement, and delivery. - Test new and existing products;
assist with environment management and release activities. - Contribute to documentation,
analysis, and design discussions that improve solution quality and user experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability
to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. - Ability
to communicate clearly in both verbal and written formats. - Strong
analytical, inductive reasoning, and problem-solving skills. - Ability
to manage multiple concurrent tasks and prioritize effectively. - Skill
in configuring and maintaining application systems and supporting technologies. - Interest
and aptitude for learning new tools, including emerging AI-assisted functionality and light development workflows. - Ability
to communicate technical and business contexts with users of varying levels of technical expertise.

| Minimum Qualifications |
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3 years of relevant work experience.

In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act), each year the University of Arizona releases an Annual Security Report (ASR) for each of the University's campuses.Thesereports disclose information including Clery crime statistics for the previous three calendar years and policies, procedures, and programs the University uses to keep students and employees safe, including how to report crimes or other emergencies and resources for crime victims. As a campus with residential housing facilities, the Main Campus ASR also includes a combined Annual Fire Safety report with information on fire statistics and fire safety systems, policies, and procedures.
