About the Role: This is an engineering project management role within the Logistics, Test, and Evaluation (LT&E) organization. The Logistics Project Engineering (LPE) specialist manages projects relating to Army vehicle Technical Manuals (TMs), Logistics Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Training, and Test Support. This position will lead the SGT Stout Logistics project team, responsible for Logistics design influence, MWO development, Technical Manual development, and Log product validation and verification. Responsibilities to Anticipate for this role Manage scope, schedule, and budget of SGT Stout Logistics projects such as Technical Manual development Communicate with project team and internal stakeholders, including engineering and program office Communicate with customer, representing GDLS in meetings and milestone reviews Oversee bids and proposals, providing guidance to the LT&E estimating teams Monitor project performance, including schedule and budget metrics and resource allocations Interface with engineering to understand the technical details of SGT Stout projects Lead problem solving efforts to address project issues and risks Qualifications Sought Bachelor's degree required 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably for Defense products or services Experience leading or supporting project teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable leading meetings and project teams Strong risk management and decision-making skills
