Regions is seeking a 340B Program Specialist to join our team.

The 340B Program Specialist will:

  • Performs program audits and evaluates 340B eligibility to ensure compliance with HRSA and OPA regulations.
  • Assists the analyst in system maintenance to ensure NDC integrity between purchasing, billing, and split billing software.
  • Provide reports for 340B oversight activities.

Work Schedule:

FTE: 1.0 Day Shift, Flexible hours between 7am and 5pm

Required Qualifications:

Education: High School graduate or equivalent

Experience:

Three to five years pharmacy operations experience as a pharmacy technician, pharmacy purchasing, or inventory management.

Licensure/Registration/Certification:

  • Registered as a pharmacy technician with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy
  • Current Pharmacy Technician certification through either the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board or National Health Career Association (tracked in department)

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or health related field.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in reviewing data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
  • 1-2 years of experience with 340B program regulatory and billing/coding compliance preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business, analytics, or auditing

Licensure/Registration/Certification: 340B University Certificate
