Primary Purpose of Organizational Unit

Position Summary
The Relocation Assistant supports departmental renovation and relocation projects, records management, inventory/surplus processing, and general office tasks. The role requires independent judgment, problem-solving, and minimal supervision.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalency; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.
Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
Previous customer service and inventory experience.
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and email; Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications like Outlook, Word, and Excel; Readily demonstrate the use of independent judgment and decision-making ability.
Special Physical/Mental Requirements
Ability to move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
