Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer III (Senior Full Stack Developer) with strong front-end and back-end development skills. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Angular, NodeJS, MongoDB, AWS, and modern CI/CD practices. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience working in collaborative product-focused environments.

This is a remote contract position with a strong potential for renewal or full-time hire within the Real Estate industry.

Responsibilities

• Full stack development using Angular, NodeJS, and MongoDB.
• Develop high-quality front-end interfaces using Angular and other modern web technologies.
• Build scalable backend services using NodeJS.
• Utilize AWS services for cloud-based development.
• Work with GitLab CI/CD pipelines to support DevOps workflows.
• Write clear and concise user stories and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with product teams to understand and implement requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify improvements, and maintain attention to detail.
• Work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional full stack development experience.
• Strong experience with Angular and proficiency with other front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Vue.js.
• Backend experience with NodeJS and MongoDB.
• Experience with AWS services and cloud development.
• Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to write clear user stories and documentation.
• Experience collaborating with product teams and understanding product requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (containerization & orchestration).
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
