Overview
The Scheduling Lead is responsible for overseeing and supporting daily scheduling operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with established policies and procedures. This role serves as the primary point of contact for schedulers, front desk staff, technicians, and management, offering guidance and assistance to address questions and resolve concerns. The Scheduling Lead monitors team productivity, reinforces adherence to operational standards, and communicates any issues or needs to the appropriate supervisor. In addition to operational responsibilities, the Scheduling Lead plays a key role in training and educating staff, fostering continuous improvement and professional development within the scheduling team. Qualifications Certifications: , Education: , Work Experience: Related field Responsibilities Run the day to day functions making sure all tasks are accomplished. Supervise the call screen making sure everyone is logged in and taking calls as appropriate. Enforcing the polices and procedures for queuing the phones. Provide support and leadership in the absence of the supervisor. Always maintain a positive atmosphere at all times. Assist schedulers, management, and techs with scheduling questions or issues. Train new staff for Scheduling and registration work. Give additional training to staff if needed to improve performance. Work delegated tasks given from supervisor/manager. About Us Find it here. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $23.05per hour - $38.49per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
