Actively works with the Marketing team, hospitality team, and resort management to exceed company sales goals and objectives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5-7+ years of hospitality sales experience, preferably at a resort, hotel group, or destination property. Proven track record of driving revenue and leading successful sales teams. Experience in group business, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events), and leisure travel sales. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of ski industry or mountain resort operations. Proficiency in CRM systems and hotel PMS/Revenue tools.
