JOB ANNOUNCEMENT Project Coordinator (Excluded) Office of the City Clerk (City Key Program) Number of Positions: 1 (Additional vacancies possible pending budget approval) Starting Salary: $69,684 Applications for this position will be accepted until 11:59 pm CDT on 12/22/2025 Under direction, the Project Coordinator serves as project manager for projects or initiatives for the Homeless Division. Projects may include new program start-ups, homeless system change or capacity building projects, and system change initiatives requiring cross-agency/cross-partner collaboration. The Project Coordinator may lead projects or serve as an agency representative in collaborative projects led by other partners. The Project Coordinator also supports Homeless Division policy, planning, and project management efforts by researching and staying abreast of best practices and research in the field locally and nationally. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education, Training, and Experience
* Seven (7) years of program administration work experience, OR * Graduation from an accredited college with an Associate's degree in Public or Business Administration, Social Sciences, Planning, or a directly related field, PLUS five (5) years of program administration work experience, OR * Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Public or Business Administration, Social Sciences, Planning, or a directly related field, PLUS three (3) years of program administration work experience, OR * Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree or higher in Public or Business Administration, Social Sciences, Planning, or a directly related field, PLUS two (2) years of program administration work experience Licensure, Certification, or Other Qualifications * Must have a valid driver's license * Must be able to drive Educational & Employment Verification: Please be advised that if you are selected to be hired, you must provide, upon request, adequate information regarding your education and employment history as it relates to the qualifications of the position for which you are applying.
