Job Summary

As part of their full-time role at FPCSN, located at 11th Street Family Health Services, the employee will dedicate approximately 10 hours per week to serve as the Coordinator for Academic Programming. In this capacity, the employee will partner with Drexel University's College of Nursing and Health Professions (CNHP) academic programs to assess opportunities for engagement, determine alignment with community needs, and support the planning and implementation of programming at FPCSN sites.

Essential Functions



  • Collaborate with CNHP academic programs to assess whether proposed activities are a good fit for any FPCSN health center and responsive to community needs.
  • Gather input from community members and partners to ensure programming is relevant, accessible, and beneficial. * Support logistics for approved programming, including wellness activities, workshops, and events.
  • Assist in tracking participation and outcomes with the program leads and share with CNHP leadership for evaluation. * Maintain communication with CNHP leadership and FPCSN staff involved in programming.
  • Serve as liaison between CNHP academic programs, health center communities, department/site leaders and the Family Practice and Counseling Services Network (FPCSN).


Required Qualifications



  • Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience.
  • Current full-time employee at FPCSN - 11th Street Family Health Services.
  • Experience or interest in program coordination, health promotion, or community engagement.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with academic, clinical, and community stakeholders.
  • Commitment to advancing community health and wellness.

Additional Information

This is a Part-Time casual position classified as Non-Exempt. The offered pay is based on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
