About The Role
SUMMARY: Our growing financial institution is seeking a Deposit Operations Specialist to join our Spokane Deposit Operations Team. This position plays a critical role in supporting daily operational functions within the bank and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to grow within the banking industry. You will be responsible for supporting customer service efforts, performing operational and administrative tasks, and ensuring accurate processing of deposit-related activities. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in an emergency situation. Specific lifting abilities required by this job include: Light work. The employee is constantly required to stand and walk. Exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation/inspection of machines and/or using measurement devices at distances close to the eyes. What We Offer COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Starting salary is dependent upon relevant experience and may vary based on the geographic location of the position. PTO accruals are dependent on position, status (Full time or Part time), and years of experience in accordance with our PTO policy. Most Full-Time employees are also offered 6 paid holidays and Part Time employees are offered pro-rated paid holidays. In addition, employees in Utah and Nevada may be eligible for pay for certain state recognized holidays.
