Position Title: Warehouse Associate
Wage: $20/hour Shift: 1st Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Join a fast-paced, hands-on role where your accuracy and reliability matter every day. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll handle picking, packing, shipping, restocking, and preparing pallets while keeping our warehouse clean, safe, and organized. If you're comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds, reaching 7-8 feet, and staying active throughout your shift, this is a great opportunity to put your warehouse skills to work with a team that values efficiency and dependability. This is an associate to hire opportunity in Lenexa, KS. Warehouse Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Pick products for customer orders - Pack items using an automated strapping machine and prepare for shipment using shipping software - Palletize outgoing and incoming shipments - Restock inventory and conduct inventory counts - Receive inbound shipments and unload shipping containers - Maintain a clean and safe work environment while optimizing warehouse space - Wrap and prepare pallets for FedEx pickup at the end of each day Warehouse Associate Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Prior warehouse experience - Forklift experience is a plus - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods - Frequent bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift - Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds - Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures - Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment and tools - Must have a 7-8 feet reach (boxes are bundled and strapped into 6-packs, then stacked into 7-8 foot tall pallets) QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
