Corporate Paralegal - Minneapolis, MN

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join the Corporate Department located in our Minneapolis office. This position offers a hybrid work-location schedule, allowing employees to work from both the office and home.

Key Responsibilities Include:
* Entity formation, dissolution, conversions and mergers.
* Manage stock/membership units, foreign qualifications and state/local registrations.
* Draft ancillary closing documents and corporate resolutions, prepare for closings and create closing books for merger and acquisitions.
* Manage client communications throughout the transaction and ensure all legal requirements are met with meticulous attention to detail.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* At least one to three years of experience in more than one area of transactional practice (preferably corporate law and mergers and acquisitions).
* Willingness to learn the fundamentals of corporate and securities work.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a diverse and busy workload.
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Client service driven mindset.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with legal software is a plus.

The salary range for this position varies by geographic market. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range is $50,000 - $70,000/year. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate's experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
