Genesis10 is seeking an Insurance Document Mailing Associate for a 12-month contract position with a leading client located in Franklin, WI. This role is 100% onsite. Compensation: $14.00 - 15.00 per hour. Summary: The Insurance Document Mailing Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and timely distribution of insurance contracts and policies. This fast-paced, detail-oriented position is responsible for validating customer information, generating and verifying shipping labels, assembling documentation packets, and ensuring regulatory-required materials are sent accurately and on schedule. This role also collaborates with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and support process improvements for greater operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Document Verification
- Verify shipping label information-including policy and contract numbers and recipient details-against internal records.
- Affix shipping labels to US Government Client envelopes and insert contracts according to standards.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and prevent mailing errors.
Label Production and Verification
- Generate shipping labels using the Dashboard data management system.
- Confirm accuracy of label details (address, owner name) using multiple data sources.
- Use automated tools to cross-reference and validate data.
Field Requests & Exception Management
- Process requests to release, hold, or destroy contracts per established guidelines.
- Investigate scanning discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Work with App Input teams on address verification and research tasks.
- Escalate complex exceptions and track resolution timelines.
Returns Processing
- Log reasons for returned contracts in Dashboard and Return Spreadsheet.
- Create shipping labels for holds and returns.
- Identify repeat return trends and recommend improvements.
Organizational & Logistical Duties
- Sort contracts into Network Office number boxes.
- Manage daily transport and labeling accuracy of Network Office boxes.
- Set up and label new Network Office boxes.
- Monitor inventory of shipping materials and coordinate replenishment with procurement.
Additional Responsibilities
- Process policy modifications as needed.
- Maintain and restock supplies, including US Government Client bins and folders.
- Assist with training junior associates on document handling.
- Participate in audits to ensure regulatory compliance.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar tools
- Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of mail handling or customer service experience
- Basic PC proficiency
- Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
- Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
- Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no corp to corp).
