You Are:

A senior Product & GTM leader who will help invent, incubate, and scale UST's next-generation platforms and accelerators across retail, financial services, telco, media/marketing, and adjacent sectors.

Part product strategist, part venture builder, part commercial operator, you will work across product, design, engineering, sales, and executive leadership to drive market adoption and revenue growth.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role for an entrepreneurial leader who is fluent in strategy, product management, commercialization, AI-enabled product models, and storytelling - and who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

The Opportunity:



  • Lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap definition for select UST products, partnering closely with product, design, engineering, and AI teams.
  • Translate market insights, client needs, and competitive intelligence into actionable product direction.
  • Drive the incubation and validation of new product concepts through pilots, prototypes, user testing, and iterative learning.
  • Serve as the "voice of the market" and "voice of the client" to ensure product-market fit.
  • Embed modern AI protocols (LLMs, RAG, agentic systems, enterprise AI orchestration frameworks) into product concepts and GTM strategy, ensuring UST's accelerators remain differentiated and future-ready.
  • Partner with Sales and Client Partners to influence pursuits, shape deals, and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Translate technical AI capabilities into commercially viable value propositions that resonate with business stakeholders, CIOs/CDOs, and lines of business
  • Act as a senior client-facing leader to frame business problems, shape opportunities, and co-design product solutions with clients.
  • Participate in executive workshops, strategy sessions, and product innovation labs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to bring products from concept PoC MVP, scale.
  • Ensure GTM strategies translate into client value and measurable outcomes.
  • Provide executive-level advisory around AI adoption, feasibility, readiness, and ethical/responsible use.
  • Collaborate with broader strategy, design, engineering, and data/AI teams to integrate capabilities across products.
  • Mentor teams in product thinking, commercialization, and venture-style scaling.
  • Contribute to UST's innovation strategy and help define the next generation of UST IP, accelerators, and productized services



What you need:



  • At least 15 years in Product, Venture Building, GTM, or Strategy roles (MBB/top-tier consulting, start-ups, or digital product companies preferred).
  • Proven track record of bringing products from concept to market-strategy through commercialization.
  • Working expertise with current AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, orchestration frameworks, model evaluation, prompt engineering, and enterprise AI implementation patterns.
  • Strong fluency in software product development, design thinking, agile, and data/AI-enabled product models.
  • Experience shaping enterprise GTM, value propositions, commercialization strategy, and sales plays.
  • Experience scaling a consulting practice, product organization, or innovation studio-including operations, staffing, financial discipline, and cross-functional enablement.
  • Ability to communicate with executives and translate complex product and tech concepts into compelling narratives.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and creative skills; thrives in ambiguity and rapid iteration cycles.
  • Deep experience working with engineering and design teams; comfort in technical conversations.
  • Entrepreneurial operator mindset; experience building or scaling a product or venture is a strong plus.


Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Compensation Range: $240,000-$300,000

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
