They coordinate faculty hiring, onboarding, credentialing, compensation, and workload compliance, collaborating closely with academic departments and the Office of the Provost, and HR teams. Key responsibilities include managing faculty records, processing offer letters, overseeing academic stipends, and ensuring compliance with faculty workload policies. ResponsibilitiesFaculty Administrative Support Support the annual renewal process for faculty appointments and practice plan documentation. Maintain and update faculty governance materials and policies, oversee faculty HR website updates, manage committee records and election cycles, and provide operational support to Faculty Senate and Hiring Committees, including preparing reports and leadership presentations. Faculty Hiring & OnboardingManage appointment and onboarding processes for regular and affiliate faculty, ensuring all appointment letters, credentialing requirements, and onboarding steps are completed accurately and on time. Track faculty membership, publications, achievements, and troubleshoot onboarding or compliance challenges. Compensation & ComplianceProcess faculty compensation changes such as effort reallocations and stipend adjustments. Support salary equity analysis projects and ensure compensation practices align with institutional policies and regulatory requirements. Records ManagementMaintain accurate and updated faculty records in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and personnel files. Process faculty separations, organizational changes, and utilize data analysis to recommend process improvements in records management. Faculty Evaluation SupportAdminister the annual faculty evaluation process, tracking performance reviews and implementing necessary changes to academic titles, appointment statuses, and faculty workload allocations.
