We're looking for a detail oriented, student focused professional to support insurance navigation at the UCSC Student Health Center. In this role, you will assist students with insurance questions, verify eligibility and coverage, coordinate referrals and authorizations, manage data across multiple systems, and partner with internal departments and external providers to ensure timely, accurate support.
