As an Sr. Coordinator, Data, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Experience Strategy team by developing and maintaining comprehensive metrics dashboards and reports. You will contribute to the team's goals of operational excellence and success by providing valuable, comprehensive insights that enhance our strategic event portfolio across key product and industry segments. This role reports directly to the Director of Experience Strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to track marketing-driven pipeline (MDP) and other relevant event metrics by Product and Industry.

  • Collaborate closely with the demand generation team to report on event registration data segmented by Product and Industry.

  • Establish benchmarks for event metrics specific to key Products and Industries.

  • Regularly update executive decks and spreadsheets with the latest event metrics.

  • Manage project timelines effectively, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

  • Analyze results, distill key insights, and formulate clear business recommendations and narratives.

  • Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to stakeholders across strategic events, product marketing, and field marketing teams.

  • Support the team by managing a variety of operational responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in event marketing or marketing analytics.

  • Proficient in event metrics and reporting; experience with building Tableau dashboards required

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with exceptional project and time management skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with complex requirements, competing priorities, and frequent last-minute changes.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Willingness to take on additional tasks and roles with a "can-do" attitude.

  • A natural collaborator and team-player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Willingness to travel domestically, if required.

The typical base salary range for this position is $73,900 - $111,900 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $88,800 - $122,100 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
