We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join a central staff team, providing essential support to a key leader within the organization.

What You'll Do:

As a vital member of the team, you will:

Provide comprehensive calendar management for a senior leader, expertly navigating complex scheduling demands.

Orchestrate all aspects of meeting preparation and logistics, including ensuring timely delivery of materials, securing appropriate venues, and managing attendee lists.

Craft and deliver professional, polished communications to executive teams and external partners, maintaining a high standard of correspondence.

Proactively drive prioritization decisions and ensure continuous, clear communication with management and central staff.

Assist with executive travel arrangements and expense reporting, ensuring seamless execution.

Lead and manage various end-to-end projects, from coordinating and executing team events to overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes, and other special initiatives.

Develop and manage workback schedules and checkpoints to ensure successful event outcomes. * Oversee the procurement of team hardware for new hires and departing employees.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant administrative experience, demonstrating a robust background in supporting high-level professionals.

Demonstrated proficiency with standard office applications, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.

Exceptional ability to maintain discretion and handle sensitive, confidential information with the utmost integrity.

Proven commitment to a long-term engagement, with a strong preference for candidates available for a full 18-month duration.

Ability to commence work promptly.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in interactions with executive leadership.

Extensive experience in a fast-paced environment, coupled with the ability to effectively multitask and manage competing priorities.

Ability to lift at least 10 lbs.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Communication or Business.

Advanced experience working directly with executive-level leaders.

Superior verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.

Demonstrated capacity to work autonomously and manage time efficiently.

A proven track record of maintaining organized and confidential information in accordance with company policies.

Potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
