About the Role We are seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As a Warehouse Operator, you will support warehouse operations by moving raw materials and finished goods, maintaining accurate inventory documentation, and ensuring a safe, clean, and compliant work environment that supports smooth production flow. Shift & Schedule Shift: 1st Hours: 6:30AM - 2:30PM Weekend availability: Based on production needs Core Accountabilities (What You'll be Doing) Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and materialhandling equipment to move ingredients and finished goods Maintain accurate inventory through SAP entries, product verification, and documentation Support production by staging, filling hoppers, and managing ingredient accessibility Rack, scan, and label finished goods to support accurate freezer and warehouse operations Inspect warehouse areas daily and report product, equipment, or safety concerns Maintain clean, organized warehouse and freezer environments aligned with GMP standards Collaborate with production, inventory, and logistics teams to support efficient warehouse operations Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table) High school diploma or GED preferred 2+ years of warehouse or materialhandling experience Proficiency with SAP, MS Outlook, and Excel Certified or documented experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks Ability to work in fastpaced environments and adapt to production changes Ability to lift, move, and stack materials as required Strong attention to accuracy in documentation and inventory control Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success) Experience in food manufacturing environments Knowledge of GMPs or foodsafetyregulated warehouses Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to troubleshoot inventory or material flow issues Experience working in freezer environments Aspire Bakeries is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
