We are seeking a Product Maintenance Test Engineer to support product quality and reliability efforts for hardware and software solutions deployed in the field. This role provides hands-on experience working closely with R&D, quality, and supply chain teams to support fault management, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

* HW fault management supporting the quality of products in the field
* Proactively supporting delivery & repair capability
* Supporting design and implementation of product changes supporting product cost erosion and supply chain continuity
* Ensure target SW/HW meets quality criteria via execution of test cases, reporting discovered faults and supporting faults correction deliveries
* Contribute to the definition of Testable Requirements
* Support of quality improvement actions
* Contribute to Taskforce initiatives
* Ensure compliancy to all R&D tools & processes in day-to-day work


  • BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or similar degree

  • Theoretical and practical understanding of telecom networks.

  • Proficient with the MS Office suite, primarily Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.

  • Good time management, planning, and organizational skills

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Previous Nokia experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Good mechanical aptitude with experience using power and hand tools.

  • Adept Problem Solver

  • Works well in a team environment.
