Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract position.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and drive the delivery of defined program and project deliverables that require engagement across multiple technology and business teams
- Combine strong analytical skills with execution discipline to provide clear end to end visibility into delivery health, underlying variances, risks, and dependencies
- Excel at working with large datasets - normalize data, identify root cause drivers, and ensure all financials, KPIs, and project metrics are accurate, current, and aligned with leadership expectations
- Communicate objectives clearly, manage risks, ensure compliance with standards, and proactively identify when information, documentation, or reporting is outdated or inaccurate - take independent action to correct it
- Facilitate routines such as kick offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, while producing concise, executive level materials that translate complex data into actionable insights
- Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams, supports resource planning, and ensures deliverables meet expectations for functionality, quality, timeline, and cost
- Analyze large and complex datasets, create structure and normalization where needed to support accurate reporting
- Perform detailed variance analysis, identify underlying sources, root causes, and trends across financials, project data, KPIs, and operational metrics
- Support program and project management activities, including timeline reviews, dependency tracking, and portfolio level reporting
- Develop and maintain dashboards, 4 blockers, scorecards, and other executive level materials for senior technology and business leadership
- Ensure all data sources, trackers, and reports remain accurate, refreshed, and aligned with the latest program updates
- Translate complex data into concise, clear, and actionable insights that support decision making
- Partner with technology, finance, and business teams to gather requirements, validate data, and build comprehensive reporting
- Proactively identify gaps, inconsistencies, or outdated information - and address them without prompting
- Communicate findings with clarity and precision through both written and verbal communication
Requirements:
- Operates as an individual contributor with strong initiative, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to elevate overall program reporting and delivery through structured analysis and effective stakeholder engagement
- Ability to understand timelines, dependencies, and delivery risks
- Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets, normalize data, and create structured views for leadership
- Excellent variance analysis capability and strong intuition for finding underlying causes in financial and operational data
- Deep comfort working with financials, project/program data, KPIs, and metrics
- Proven experience producing executive ready materials, including presentations, dashboards, and summaries
- Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to simplify complex content
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical rigor
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and add value by recognizing when information is incorrect, outdated, or incomplete

Pay Range: $48.37-$56.37
