Job Description

The SAP Digital Product Manager leads the full lifecycle of SAP platforms, driving a multi year product vision, prioritizing a value driven roadmap, and ensuring high quality delivery across features, integrations, and major releases. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, engineering, and operations to maintain platform stability, translate complex processes into user centric solutions, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, governance, and compliance standards.

The internal Allstate job title for this role is Product Management (Technical) Lead Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and a valuedriven backlog for SAP platforms (S/4HANA, BTP, BW, BODS, etc.).

  • Lead cross-functional delivery of enhancements, integrations, and system improvements.

  • Ensure platform stability, quality, and compliance with architectural and security standards.

  • Serve as the primary business-facing owner, translating business processes into clear product requirements.

  • Facilitate discovery workshops, user interviews, and design sessions to validate features and user stories.

  • Define KPIs and success metrics; champion continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

  • Manage vendor relationships (SAP, integrators, partners) to optimize cost and performance.

Essential Qualifications

  • 5+ years in digital product management, enterprise applications, or SAP functional leadership.

  • Experience with major SAP modules (S/4HANA Finance, BTP, BW, BODS, Ariba, or equivalent).

  • Strong understanding of enterprise process design and end-to-end workflows.

  • Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).

  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP BTP, Fiori UX, or API-driven integration platforms.

  • Solid integration background with an API-first mindset.

  • Experience in large-scale ERP programs or cloud migration (e.g., Hyperscaler Hosting).

  • Certifications in Product Management, Agile/Scrum, or SAP.

  • Experience working in a large, matrixed enterprise environment.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 110,000.00 - 181,025.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
